To what extent should minors be able to have freedom expression rights if they have not fully formed their opinion and/or are not mature enough to express it appropriately? lets take it on the subject of voting, do we want certain adults to have voting rights when they do not know what they are doing voting also known as filling in bubbles to determine the future of the united states of america determine the future of our children grand children and so on how is this ethical allowing whom ever wants to form an opinion on stereotypical rumors comments and biased news reports lets say their is a girl named bobetta and she is going to vote in a week ok she is basing her opinion on a channel one news*report that was made by a group of quakers** and they are against one of the candidates because in one of the speeches they have made they mentioned what they would in an example given bye a bystander so that would be a biased opinion so that news report alone may be misleading for bobetta and she would vote differently if she watched a different report so how can we know others are making smart non stereotypical decisions? the answer to that is we cant know for sure if and who is making gook decisions depended on their opinion and that their opinion was based on a neutral reliable source? and and back on the age thing what if their are some really smart capable 13 or even 10 year olds that could have a positive impact by voting? *i am not against channel one news it is just the first thing that came into my head so i am not held accountable to any assumptions made if any **i have nothing against quakers i am not a quaker and am not responcable for any assumptions made if any
