The Rainbow

I have been sitting in this arc day after day, my butt has been planted on this rocking floor of the boat.The whole time on this boat I have had this disturbing stomach wrenching feeling. My insides have been churning constantly and has not subsided until now.The beautiful white feathered bird about the size of one half a square cubit flew in with an olive branch in its beak. With the bird came a promise of land but also a promise from God. He sent a beautiful image in the sky, a streak in the air longer than the eye can see. A semicircle with the colors red orange yellow green blue indigo violet. With the image came a promise that the lord will never flood the whole earth again. For this, I dance and sing praises rejoicing in the kindness and faithfulness of the Lord. Every rainbow I see will be a reminder of how amazing and truthful the lord is.
